We are system integrators who design, develop and implement systems combining communications (VSAT, microwave, LANs, etc), hardware (radios, embedded processors, servers, etc), and software for the mining and oil industries. Experience on mining and oil IT projects preferred.

CHANGE MANAGEMENT PROJECT MANAGER 

Responsibilities:

• Manage the Change Management and Training for the Implementation of a automated mining system at mines.


• Approximately 500 to 700 people need to be trained at each site


• Design the Change Management and Training Programs


• Write Change Management and Training proposals for presentation to the customer


• Manage the implementation of the Change Management and Training programs

Requirements:

• Must have experience in designing and implementing at least 2 change management programs


• Must have training experience (min 2 years)


• Must have management experience (min 2 years)


• Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills


• Good English verbal and written


• Job headquarter in Balikpapan, Kalimantan


• Requires extensive travel to minesites (50%)
